The site was founded by Shawn Stillman, CA, because he was continually frustrated by the big banks. He felt betrayed when he had to haggle for a low rate (like he was buying a used car!), even though he had a 'relationship' with the bank for 10 years. The worst part was the bank's low rate wasn't even good!

Although our site is online, we take pride in delivering old-fashioned client service. This means returning all phone calls within 3 hours, visiting clients at their home or office (even on weekends and evenings) and relentlessly working to get great rates for clients. Most importantly, being old-fashioned means we know that clients have other options and genuinely appreciate their business.
