Overview

During the Dell.ca / GreatCanadianRebates.ca Giveaway, one GreatCanadianRebates.ca member will be selected to receive a Dell New Inspiron Mini 10 - Red. Members with a valid GreatCanadianRebates.ca account are invited to visit the Dell.ca website via a link located on GreatCanadianRebates.ca.

On September 29, 2010 one random member from the pool of entries will be selected to receive an Dell New Inspiron Mini 10 - Red valued at approximately $499.00.

Eligibility

The Dell.ca / GreatCanadianRebates.ca Giveaway is open to all GreatCanadianRebates.ca members.

Duration of Program

The GreatCanadianRebates.ca Referral Giveaway begins at 12:01AM EST on August 16, 2010 and ends at 11:59PM EST on September 19, 2010.

How to enter the Dell.ca / GreatCanadianRebates.ca Giveaway

• Between August 16 and September 19, 2010 any member logged into GreatCanadianRebates.ca who visits Dell.ca by clicking on a link located on GreatCanadianRebates.ca will receive one (1) entry into the Dell.ca / GreatCanadianRebates.ca Giveaway draw. Each member may only receive only one (1) entry per this method.
• Between August 16 and September 19, 2010 any member logged into GreatCanadianRebates.ca who completes a purchase on Dell.ca will receive one (1) entry for every Canadian dollar spent (before taxes and shipping). Members may receive an unlimited number of entries per this method.

The winner will be notified on September 29, 2010, and upon providing Great Canadian Rebates with a shipping address will receive an Dell New Inspiron Mini 10 - Red valued at approximately $499.00. The item will be shipped by Dell.ca

General Terms and Conditions

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who are residing in Canada, and who have reached the age of 18.

No purchase is necessary to take part in the giveaway.

By participating in the giveaway, all participants consent to the use without payment of their first name, city and province of residence and any publicity, advertising or giveaway carried out by GreatCanadianRebates.ca and/or its advertising agencies.

Winner must correctly answer an unaided mathematical skill-testing question on the declaration and release form.

The contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by GreatCanadianRebates.ca.

Limitation of Liability and Modification and Termination of Program

GreatCanadianRebates.ca reserves the right to cancel this giveaway at any time in the event of unanticipated problems, irregularities or fraud including suspected tampering or other interference with the proper working order of the giveaway or technical corruptions including a virus or other technical problems. If GreatCanadianRebates.ca decides to cancel this online contest it will publish a notice at the GreatCanadianRebates.ca web site.

If GreatCanadianRebates.ca suspects that fraud has occurred, it reserves the right to treat any affected referred accounts as invalid.

All decisions regarding this giveaway and the awarding of the Dell Inspiron Mini 10 - Red are final and remain at the discretion GreatCanadianRebates.ca.
