Check the Balance of an Airbnb eGift Card To check the balance of this eGift online, it must first be added to an Airbnb account. Once it has, go to account settings, then check the Payments &payouts section. Listed under Airbnb gift credit will be the card's details and its current balance. You can also check the card balance by calling 1-866-393-3393.

Redeem an Airbnb eGift Card This Airbnb eGift Card is only redeemable online by Canadian residents and you must have or create an account on their site or app before you can use it.

Online Redemption ONLY To redeem it, go to airbnb.ca/gift. You may only need to enter the card's PIN code rather than the gift card number when entering the card details during redemption. Please make sure there are no spaces in the card number or PIN code when you type them in. Upon redemption, the entire card balance will be transferred into your account as an Airbnb gift credit. Airbnb will then automatically apply this gift credit whenever you next book.
