To maximize the value of Scene+ Points with the Scotiabank Passport^® Visa Infinite Privilege^* Card, redeem points for travel, groceries, entertainment, dining, merchandise, gift cards, or statement credits, as all options consistently provide a value of 1 cent per point (100 points = $ 1 CAD). The Apply Points to Travel feature is particularly flexible, allowing points to offset any travel purchase (e.g., flights, hotels, car rentals, rideshares, travel visas) made within the past 12 months, including taxes and fees, without being restricted to the Scene+^TM Travel portal. Booking travel through Scene+^TM Travel, powered by Expedia^®, can also yield high value and earns an additional 3 Scene+ Points per $ 1 spent, boosting overall returns. For non-travel redemptions, using points at Sobeys-affiliated grocery stores or Cineplex^® theatres ensures the same 1-cent-per-point value, making these equally optimal. Points do not expire as long as the account remains active with at least one purchase every 12 months, offering flexibility to save for larger redemptions. Always ensure the account is in good standing to redeem points.

Part 4: Scene+ Points Earned per $ 1,000 Spent by Category

• Dining and Entertainment (restaurants, bars, theatres, etc.): 2,000 Scene+ Points per $ 1,000 spent (2 points per $ 1)
